Anova Books was founded in November 2005 and is wholly-owned by its senior management. It is a new, independent publishing company, but ‘new’ with a heritage. That heritage consists of a great team of experienced publishing professionals and several established publishing imprints - Batsford, Collins & Brown, Conway, Pavilion, Robson and Salamander – which complement newer publishing ventures such as Portico and National Trust Books.
